If you receive an incorrect item, damaged or defective merchandise, please contact chokerboutique.com Customer Support immediately by calling 1 (866) 302-1291, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org upon receiving the item.
To cancel an order, please contact Choker Boutique as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue you a refund immediately. If your order has shipped, we will issue a refund as soon as we have received the item(s) back in our possession.
